Job Description
We are looking for a sharp, disciplined, and highly observant Private Detective / Surveillance Investigator to join our field operations team. This role is focused on on-ground private investigation and surveillance assignments that require patience, discretion, mobility, and strong situational awareness.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field for extended hours, monitoring subjects, gathering factual evidence, documenting movements, and reporting findings accurately. Requirements
Prior experience in private investigation, field verification, intelligence gathering, security services, surveillance, law enforcement support, or related field work is preferred.
- Monitor, observe, and record subject movements in a discreet and professional manner.
- Lower operational costs through automation and optimized processes.
- Collect factual, lawful, and case-relevant information during field operations.
- Prepare detailed daily surveillance reports with time, location, activity, and evidence logs.
Responsibilities
A candidate in this role will typically begin the day by reviewing the assignment brief, subject profile, location details, timing window, and reporting instructions. During the operation, the investigator is expected to maintain surveillance without alerting the subject, track movement patterns, document activities carefully, and provide updates whenever needed. At the end of the assignment, the investigator must submit a structured report with supporting observations and evidence.
The role demands both independence and discipline. Investigators are expected to think practically, remain calm, and avoid unnecessary confrontation or exposure during field work.
