1. Professional Engagement & Legal Compliance

All investigative mandates undertaken by Spy Detective Agency are executed strictly within the framework of applicable local, national, and international laws. We adhere to lawful public surveillance, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and ethical tradecraft. We do not engage in, nor accept requests involving, unlawful wiretapping, illegal electronic interception, trespassing, or any violation of individual constitutional privacy rights.

2. Client Representations & Warranties

By retaining our services, the client warrants that:

• The information, background briefs, and objectives provided are truthful, accurate, and submitted in good faith.
• The investigation is being requested for legitimate, lawful purposes (such as civil litigation support, corporate due diligence, or personal verification) and not for harassment, stalking, intimidation, or illegal coercion.
• The client holds the legal standing or authorization required to commission inquiries into the subject matter.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all operational details, communication channels, investigative methodologies, and findings. While we safeguard client anonymity under reciprocal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) standards, we reserve the right to terminate an engagement immediately without refund if a client breaches legal parameters or attempts to use our findings for unlawful extortion or harassment.

4. Service Scope, Deliverables, and Evidence

Investigations are billed based on agreed project scope, operative day-rates, or specialized technical requirements. Upon completion, clients receive formal Documented Investigation Reports containing structured logs, timestamped multimedia evidence, and verifiable summaries.

Note: While our deliverables are compiled with meticulous professional standards to support legal and personal resolutions, the formal admissibility of any evidence in a court of law ultimately depends on presiding judicial discretion, statutory jurisdiction, and specific rules of evidence governing the proceeding.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spy Detective Agency and its operatives conduct investigations using best-effort intelligence methodologies based on available field data. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or interpretation of investigation reports, nor for outcomes where subjects employ evasive tactics or extraordinary concealment measures beyond reasonable operational visibility.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or arbitration arising from our services or engagements shall be subject exclusively to the competent judicial jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
